Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbours to let us know about the noise, if you don’t think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
Sorry! Due to neighbour complaints, we have to close the spa at 10pm. Please use it as much as you like until 10pm.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request is 24 hours beforehand.
No animals. No smoking inside – any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for the cost of replacement or cleaning.
Please note there are Amazon Alexa devices on this property, and there is a video doorbell on the front door. Also a Minut decibel reader outside.
