The Space
A two-story home, with a large queen bed and a comfy sofa-bed. It’s very large for a one-bedroom home. A dart room downstairs leads out to the courtyard with a brand new hot tub. Balcony overlooking the courtyard for soaking up the sun, and it gets a lot of that beautiful New Zealand sun.

There is parking in the garage and directly outside the garage door. All other cars must be parked on the street.

The home is set back off the street, nestled into a set of units with amazing neighbours. Please respect them and keep all noise down after 10pm. You will drive down a wide shared driveway to your own unit, with parking in the garage.
