The Space
Built-in 2018, this amazing new modern 400 sqm on 5,000 sqm section. Approximately 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the central city. Hand-feed all the animals, the ducks, pony, alpaca, and goldfish. Experience modern automation with full voice activation. Come and relax in the modern farm country style. Sit in the hot spa watching the cattle graze, or the in-ground fire-pit with red wine.
Two separate TV areas, for adults and kids. Safe in-ground trampoline for the kids to enjoy.
Note: There is also a completely separate cottage on the property that can sleep an additional 5. It’s fully self-contained with a kitchen and bathroom and can be booked together for large groups. There is one full bathroom, and two half bathrooms in the main house. Please be respectful of guests staying in the cottage, with no loud noise after 10pm.
Also, a third Ohana house that sleeps 12 people, only 5 minutes away.

Guest Access
The guests have the house to themselves, apart from a cottage out the back which is very private this is also listed separately and can be booked together if available.
We have full-time caretakers on the property who stay in a separate private unit so for any problems they are there to help if needed.

Additional Notes
There are caretakers who live on the property. Plenty of secure on-site parking.
We reduced our cleaning fee to cover the cost of materials only, we don’t think we should charge guests for cleaning because all guests seem to treat our home as their own.

Neighbourhood Overview
Prebbleton is a very quiet, relaxed country living. Only 15 minutes from Christchurch central. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and for that reason, all noise must be take inside at 9:30pm.
Getting Around
Property has helicopter access. Restaurants and hotel 5 minutes from the property, 15 minutes from the airport and central city.
