The Space
5 Beds, 7 guests max.
Designed by an award-winning architect. The lounge room with its incredible staircase is a show-stopper. That staircase takes you to a loft that connects to the master bedroom.
There is plenty of space, for up to 7 people. 2 full bathrooms, a pool room that opens onto the outdoor area with the hot tub. Aloft area that transforms into a bed. The master has a day bed that can sleep one. The second bedroom has a very comfy rollaway bed.
You’ll be very impressed with the kitchen and the dining area, just look at the photos!
Guest Access
The guests have the house to themselves, apart from a cottage out the back which is very private and is listed separately but can be booked together if available. There is a keypad for access around the clock. We will often be able to meet you and have caretakers that live only 10 minutes away.
Plenty of street parking.
Additional Notes
We don’t allow parties, please take all loud noise inside at 9:30pm. Music will be automatically limited at 9:30pm. Our neighbors are our friends, we would like to keep them as such. Thanks.

Neighbourhood Overview
Considered one of Christchurch’s best areas to live. Right on the main road that leads from the airport into town. There is a completely separate dwelling that only shares the driveway.
Getting Around
A bus stop right out the front door. The airport is 3 minutes by car and the supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Playground within walking distance.
