The Space
Full outdoor living with a hot tub and teppanyaki table, perfect for any evening. Very large kitchen and lounge room for a movie or games. Pool room, with a dartboard and gas fireplace. Kids playroom cottage. Brand new kids park only a 2-minute walk away, public tennis courts only an 8-minute walk away. Plenty of free parking!

Amazon Alexa in every room, each with its own automation, and music. The whole house can be controlled with your voice. Even while in the shower, there is music throughout.

Guest Access
There is a keypad for access around the clock. We will often be able to meet you and have caretakers that live only 5 minutes away.

We don’t allow parties, please take all loud noise inside at 9:30pm. Music will be automatically limited at 9:30pm. Our neighbors are our friends, we would like to keep them as such. Thanks.
