The Space
We converted the garage into a pool room for your enjoyment. Modern home, new home with full voice automation, and music with Amazon Alexa.
2 Bedrooms, with kitchen, dining, patio, and lounge.
Guest Access
Fully private entrance, with a lockbox. You don’t share anything but the driveway.
Additional Notes
Only street parking available.
Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbors to monitor noise, if you don’t think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request it 24 hours beforehand. (After 10am we will charge a late checkout fee of $50 per half hour.)
No animals. No smoking inside – any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for the cost of replacement or cleaning.
Note, there are Amazon Alexa devices throughout this property for your enjoyment.
