The Space
Built in 2018, this amazing new modern 400 sqm on 5,000 sqm section. Approximately 15 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the central city. Come and relax in the modern farm country style. Sit in one of two hot tubs watching the cattle graze, or the in-ground fire pit with a bottle of red wine.
Four separate TV areas, for adults and kids. Safe in-ground trampoline for the kids to enjoy.
There are two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms in the main house. Please be respectful of neighbours, with no loud noise after 10pm.
Also, a third Ohana house that sleeps 12 people, only 5 minutes away.

Plenty of secure on-site parking.
The owners who travel a lot may occasionally access their bedroom via a private entrance, on rare occasions they may pop around to say hello. If you need anything let us know.
1 hour to Mt Hutt ski fields
Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbors to monitor noise, if you don’t think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request it 24 hours beforehand. (After 10am we will charge a late checkout fee of $50 per half hour.)
No animals. No smoking inside – any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for the cost of replacement or cleaning.

Neighbourhood Overview
Prebbleton is a very quiet, relaxed country living. Only 15 mins from Christchurch central. It’s a quiet neighborhood and for that reason, all noise must be taken inside at 9:30pm.
Getting Around
Property has helicopter access. Restaurants and hotel 5 minutes from the property, 15 minutes from the airport and central city.
