Welcome to the truly unique space that is 16W or as we like to call it The Eagles Nest. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to ensure your stay with us is a memorable and luxurious experience.

We have created a home away from home feel for our guests, in what is Christchurch’s tallest building. Spectacular views greet you from every room and both sunrise and sunset will treat to you an everchanging array of bright or moody skies and cityscape and mountain range views.

You will find all the mod cons, quality furnishings, nestled in over 200 sqm of spacious living and dining areas and large well-appointed bedrooms and en-suites along with high quality, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Whilst the apartment is privately owned, we share common spaces with the Fable Hotel, and the relationship between the apartment owners, their tenants, and guests and the Hotel is a good one but one that needs to be respected at all times.

The Hotel and its staff are completely independent of the apartments. They have no access, authority, or ability to help you with anything so please respect this.

Guest Access

There is a key tag for access to everything, that can be obtained via a lock box on street level.
